'[I've got] friends in tow places': Entitled Karen gets her car towed 2x after knowingly parking in her neighbor's spot, little did she know he's best friends with the towman

Sometimes when life gets us down, we just need to call in a favor from a friend. This guy in our next story took a page out of the Who Wants to Be a Millionaire handbook and phoned a friend when he needed them most–to the misfortune of his Karenish neighbor.

When you come home from a long day, it feels really good to just pull up to your house, get out of your car, and get straight to the chillage in your house. But if you live in a complex or an apartment building like I do, where parking is scarce and your neighbors are feral, your return voyage home after work rarely goes smoothly. That is unless you have a designated parking spot. 

In complexes like that, you guard your private spot with your life, even if that means going toe-to-tow with the local Karen.

Nothing gets between a guy coming home from a 9-5 and the urgently necessary need to chill–because when you've got friends in tow places, petty revenge is all too easy.

    Here's where it gets fun. I have a friend who works for the towing company that our complex uses. After venting to him about my little Karen problem, he tells me something interesting: Karen's car is technically over the line

    into a fire lane. Not by much, but enough to be a violation. So, the next day, he swings by, slaps a warning on her car, and of course, Karen being Karen-she ignores it. The car doesn't move, and by the next night, it's towed.

    You'd think that would teach her a lesson. But no, not Karen. A week later, she's back, and this time she's taking up two spaces like she's trying to stake her claim. I couldn't believe the nerve.

Parking at my apartments are also limited so they do this all the time, but all the complex does is put up more signs.

    having to park in visitor parking or out on the street, he went to harbor freight and bought a set of 4 wheel dollies and put them in his trunk. The next time the parking thief stole his spot, he called a couple of his neighbors who have had

    their spots stolen and got them to help and he lifted the offending car up on the wheel dollies and they pushed it slowly a few levels down between 2 pillars with about 6-12 inches of room on either side so it was

    nearly impossible to get it out. He said it took 2 weeks for the car to move from that spot and in that time, it got like 10 tickets for parking in a no parking zone.
